This year's theme is "Are you Ok?" 3 John 1:2

Thank you for your contributions to our 2024 Holy Convocation Souvenir Book.  As we prepare for 2025, we’re hoping for even greater support and a beautiful Book you can cherish for years to come. This is a great opportunity to honor the memory of a loved one, place an ad for your church, family, and friends, advertise your business, businesses you patronize, special events, and achievements from the past or present. 

If you desire to patronize in the book, there are some guidelines we ask that you adhere to:

*All ads are to be submitted to the Souvenir Book Publishing Committee by the April 6, 2025 NO EXCEPTIONS.

* Should you desire to submit a memorial page remembering loved ones, this may be a full or half page.

*If at all possible, we ask that your ads be camera ready.  Emailed in jpeg, png or PDF formats.

Requirements for ad space.

• Ad Form MUST accompany all submitted ads.
• All photos submitted should be clear and photo copy ready. 
• Original photos cannot be larger than 8x10.
• Scanable photos or artwork supplied on disk or CD should be in jpeg/png format.
• Wording for ads MUST be typed in a Word Document and emailed to greencry5@aol.com.
• Ministries, only list name of President and Vice President
• Half Page ads MUST be submitted in Landscape format (see example attached)
• Full Page ads MUST be submitted in Portrait format (see example attached)

Inclusion of Ministries:

• No more than 2-3 pictures per full page
• Sample layout of ad see attachment.

Please PRINT and complete the form for each paid delegate. The cover letter, registration form (group/individual) and funds are due to the National Finance Treasure, Deacon Dennis Cooper, no later than May 30, 2025. You may pay your personal representation via check, money order, or CashApp.

We are excited for another year of blessings and worship at the 2025 Holy Convocation in Atlanta, GA. The National Scholarship Committee continues to celebrate our national high school and college graduates who have worked very hard to achieve their goals. 

All high school graduates applying for the National Scholarship must email their scholarship application to Sis. Christine Maiden by Sunday, June 22, 2025. (Christine.maiden@gmail.com) Click the photo for the application. All documents must be submitted in PDF form.

All high school and college graduates, please send your Graduate’s Personal Data Form (last page) and a regular or graduation photo to be placed in the graduate’s bulletin to: Sis. Christine Maiden by Sunday, May, 2025.

The National Mission Department request that you start sending in obituaries now for the 2025 Video Memorial Presentation.

The occurrence of deaths/obituaries should be from June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025.

All obituaries MUST be in by May 31, 2025 to be included in the 2025 memorial presentation. Obituaries received after the May 31st will be held for the 2026 presentation.
